Utility Billing

To access your account you will need to enter your customer ID and account number. Those numbers can be found at the top right-hand corner of your bill. The customer ID is the first set of numbers (up to 6 numbers) and the account number is the 7 numbers after the dash. (Example: Account No: 123456-1234567)

Please note that payments will be posted the next business day during regular hours of operation.

If you have more than one outstanding bill, make sure to pay the oldest bill first to insure proper posting of your payment.


To sign up for automatic payments, fill out the Auto Debit Form and return the form to the Finance Department. By signing up for auto debit prior to the last business day of the month, your auto debit will take effect on the bill due date (e.g., sign up prior to June 29, auto debit will take effect July 6).
